What happens if I send back my ordered articles?
You can, of course, send back items that you don't like. If your order was paid for by a gift card, the amount of the return will be transferred back to your card as soon as your return has been booked.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to use the gift card as a regular payment method for orders. However, you can easily redeem the value of your gift card. Please simply follow the link below.
