Change or cancel order

Changes after completing the order are not possible. However, you have the option to cancel the order and order again.

1. Click on "My orders" below and log in to your customer account.
2. Choose your desired order.
3. Select your delivery and click "Cancel delivery".
4. Reorder your desired items.

Please note: Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed in our warehouse.
Cancellation of individual items from a planned delivery is not possible.
After the request you will receive a separate email about the status of your cancellation request.
