Coupons Your coupon is valid until the expiry date stated on the coupon. It will be automatically deducted from the invoice if the coupon is activated when the order is placed. Coupons must be activated per product before being added to the shopping basket.
The coupon is non-transferable and can only be redeemed in combination with an order at ABOUT YOU. In the event of a return, the coupon expires. Payment, subsequent offsetting or reimbursement is not possible.
Only one coupon can be used per product. Coupons are not valid in conjunction with vouchers and cannot be redeemed during active DEAL discounts.
The coupon is non-transferable and can only be redeemed in combination with an order at ABOUT YOU. In the event of a return, the coupon expires. Payment, subsequent offsetting or reimbursement is not possible.
Only one coupon can be used per product. Coupons are not valid in conjunction with vouchers and cannot be redeemed during active DEAL discounts.
Vouchers with voucher code A minimum order value of €75 applies to vouchers. The voucher is non-transferable, can only be redeemed in combination with an order on ABOUT YOU. It is valid once until the expiry date stated on the voucher and will be automatically deducted from your total order amount if the voucher code is entered during the order process.
In the case of a full return, the voucher value expires. A redemption for products that fall below the voucher value is not possible. You can only redeem one voucher per order. A cash pay-out is not possible.
The voucher is not valid for cosmetic and care products, and not for the following brands: Carhartt, On. The voucher is not valid in connection with other discounts, vouchers and is not applied on top of DEAL discounts. If the voucher is lost or stolen, no refund can be made by ABOUT YOU. There are no claims for partial or full replacement of a voucher.
A maximum order value of 1,000€ applies.

Special voucher conditions for the Net Promoter Score Among all participants of the Net Promoter Score survey who give their consent to use their order number, 50% off shopping vouchers will be raffled off (see conditions of participation: https://en.aboutyou.de/terms-of-participation-nps). The maximum order value is 500€ before using the voucher or 250€ after using the voucher. The voucher is not transferable and can only be used in combination with an order placed with ABOUT YOU. The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of receipt by email and will be automatically deducted from your invoice if the voucher code is provided when you place your order. In the event of a complete return, the value of the voucher is forfeited. You can redeem a maximum of one voucher per order. A cash payment is not possible.

Conditions of participation „TRAPP AW25”
1. Organiser
The organiser of the Instagram giveaway is ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG, legally represented by ABOUT YOU Verwaltungs SE, legally represented by the Management Board Tarek Müller, Hannes Wiese and Sebastian Betz Domstr. 10, 20095 Hamburg (hereinafter "ABOUT YOU" and/or "organiser" and/or "we").
2. Participation
Every natural person who has reached the age of 18 before or on the first day of the Competition and resides in a Federal Republic of Germany, Austria or Switzerland is eligible to participate. Excluded from this Competition are employees of the companies of ABOUT YOU, its cooperation partners and third-party companies involved in the implementation of the Competition, as well as the respective family and household members of all aforementioned exceptions. Participation is free of charge.
3. Mechanism of the Competition:

• Comment and tag a friend under the post by @trapp.lookbook and @kevintrapp.
• Follow the official TRAPP Instagram account (@trapp.lookbook) and @kevintrapp.
4. Closing date/number of possible entries
The Competition will run from 12.02.2026 12:00 pm CET until 16.02.2026, 12:00 pm CET. Late entries, for whatever reason, will not be considered. Participation is only permitted once per participant.
5. Prizes, draw (decision by lot) and notification
We will be giving away the following prizes among all participants on 16.02.2026:
• 3x one green polo longsleeve from the current TRAPP AW25 collection
The winners will be contacted on 16.02.2026 in a direct Instagram message.
6. Handover
The prize will be handed over after the winner has been contacted and the necessary details of the winner have been sent via Instagram. Costs incurred in connection with the redemption/use of the prize (e.g. travel costs, accomodation costs, etc.) are not included in the prize.
7. Cash payment/exchange/transfer
Travel, accommodation, or other costs are not covered by ABOUT YOU.
8. Termination of the competition
The Organizer has the right to change the Competition period or to terminate the Competition without notice at any time, e.g. if the functionality of the Organizer’s systems should be restricted for technical or other reasons independent of the Organizer or if there should be suspicion that a participant is attempting to influence the results of the Competition.
9. Exclusion from participation
Participation via automated procedures or other manipulations or such attempts (also
by third parties) is not permitted, nor is the violation of the Conditions of Participation or an attempt in this regard. The Organizer has the right, for example in the aforementioned cases or on suspicion thereof, to exclude Participants from the Competition, or to subsequently refuse or reclaim prizes.
10. Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special loss and/or damage suffered by Participants arising out of their participation and related to disruption in communication or power lines, failures at mobile operators, effects of malicious software, acts of unfair competition by third parties aimed at allowing for unauthorized access and/or disabling of the Organizer's software and/or hardware, and event of force majeure. In such cases, the Organizer shall not be obliged to reimburse any losses incurred by the Participants. The Organizer shall be liable to the Participant for culpably caused damage arising from injury to life, body or health, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the Organizer, the legal representatives or vicarious agents of the Organizer, as well as for damage arising from a breach of a guarantee given to the Participant, without limitation in accordance with the statutory regulations. In all other respects, the Organizer shall only be liable for slightly negligent breaches of obligations, the fulfillment of which is required for the proper implementation of the campaign and on the observance of which the participant may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), and this shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. The above limitations of liability apply accordingly to the personal liability of the legal representatives and vicarious agents of the Organizer.
11. Data protection
The Organizer uses the data provided in accordance with the provisions of German and European data protection law. In addition to the right to revoke consent given to us, you have the following further rights if the respective legal requirements are met:
• the right to information about your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO;
• the right to have inaccurate data corrected or to have correct data completed in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO;
• the right to have your data stored by us deleted in accordance with Art. 17 of the GDPR, insofar as no legal or contractual retention periods or other legal obligations or rights to further storage are to be observed;
• the right to restrict the processing of your data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure; the controller no longer requires the data, but you need it to
assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
• the right to data transferability pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, i.e. the right to have selected data stored by us transferred to you in a common, machine-readable format, or to demand the transfer to another controller;
• the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company headquarters.

12. Final provisions
German law shall apply exclusively to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be invalid or contradict the statutory provisions, the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In this case, the statutory provisions shall apply. The same applies to the closing of a contractual loophole. Legal recourse is excluded.
13. Instagram-Disclaimer
This giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram. The organizer is the sole point of contact. Each participant in the giveaway releases Instagram from any liability for damages related to the giveaway.
