Choosing the right women's sportswear

No matter what sport you're into, you'll need good sportswear. After all, it's hard to keep your motivation if you're uncomfortable and chafing! Keep blisters at bay by finding the gear that's right for you. Think about your chosen sport before you start shopping, and remember your personal preferences. As well as an appropriate pair of trainers, be sure to check that you've got the right kind of socks. Look for a breathable pair that will keep your feet from getting too sweaty and uncomfortable.

The finishing touches for sportswear for women

Once you've chosen your trainers, sports bra, T-shirt and bottoms, there are a few other pieces of sports clothing to consider. If you're going to be exercising outdoors, look for a lightweight jacket. This should keep you warm, but also be easy to slip off as you start to work up a sweat. You'll also want to think about how you deal with your hair. If necessary, look for accessories like a headband, sweatband or buff that will help you keep it out of your face.
