Shipment tracking

You can track the current delivery status of your order in your customer account:

1. Click on "My orders" below and log in to your customer account.
2. Select your desired order.
3. Select your delivery and click on the button "Get latest status".

Important:
Please check if the delivery date is still within the shipping time you were told (see shipping confirmation).
Have you checked if your shipment has been dropped off at your neighbor's or at your desired drop-off location?

If it is still unclear where your package is currently located, click on "No, I still need help" to contact us.
