Damaged article

If an item is damaged you can return the item with the return label for free (just pay attention to the deadline).

Please make a brief note for the warehouse that the damage was already present upon delivery.

Once we received the item and it has been checked, we will issue a credit note in the way you have specified as the method of payment.
