Payment reminder for articles that are already returned

The return process can take up to 14 days, so please be patient.

If you receive a payment reminder in the meantime despite the ongoing return, you don't need to do anything else for now.


If you have selected the payment method Klarna invoice, please make sure that you have registered the return with Klarna. You can do this easily in the ABOUT YOU App in the 'orders' section, or in the Klarna App / on the Klarna website.

As Klarna is our external invoice provider, we at ABOUT YOU are not able to make any changes to your invoices. By informing Klarna about your return, you don’t need to worry about possible reminder fees of the invoice. Your invoice will be on hold until we have processed your return.

 

If you have already been waiting longer than 14 days and have therefore received a payment reminder or have already received a reminder including reminder fees despite the ongoing return, click on "No, I still need help" to contact us. Please have your return receipt ready for this. This way we can check the case and also set up a dunning block.
