Why do I need to log in to download attachments from Customer Service?
To best protect your data, we've enhanced the security of our attachments. This means you now need to log in to our CRM tool, Zendesk, to view your support requests and download attachments.
Why this change?
Simply put: Your privacy is important to us! This measure allows us to better protect your personal data from unauthorized access.
Was my data not secure before?
Your data was secure before, but we continuously improve our systems to ensure your data's protection and adapt to the ever-changing security landscape. This new login requirement adds an extra layer of security, further protecting your privacy. It minimizes the risk of unauthorized access and ensures that only you can access your sensitive information.
What do I need to do now?
Previously, you could open attachments directly in your email notifications. Now, you'll find a link there that takes you to our Help Center login. Log in there to securely download the attachment.
How can I view my attachments now?
- Click on the link in your email notification.

You'll be redirected to our Help Center login page. Here you can:
1️⃣ Sign in to an existing account.
2️⃣ Reset your password.
3️⃣ Register a new account.

After logging in, you can view your service requests and download the attachment.
What else can I do in the Help Center?
- View older requests: You have access to your past and current requests, allowing you to review the history of your communication with our customer service at any time.

Track the status of your requests: You can see the current processing status of your tickets and even mark them as solved.
