What should I do if my card was saved in the customer account but I no longer have the secret code?

Please check your emails first, you may find older documentation with the secret code. If you can no longer find the code, please contact our customer service using the contact form. Please use "Gift cards" as the reason for contact.

It is important that you provide your customer ID so that we can quickly identify your code. You can find your customer number in your profile under the section "Profile and Security."

What happens if I lost my gift card?

We do not assume any responsibility for loss, theft, damage, illegibility or the unauthorized use of your gift card.

What happens after my request is completed and how long does the payout take?

After you have submitted the form, we will review your request. If all data is correct, we will transfer the remaining value of the gift card to the bank account you provided. Please be patient as processing may take up to 14 days. If any issues arise during the verification process, such as incorrect entry of the code or faulty bank details, we will contact you. Therefore, please ensure that your provided email address is correct.

The payout will be made exclusively to the designated bank account. Please carefully verify the accuracy of your bank details.

Unfortunately, payouts via PayPal or other banking apps are not possible. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, please contact our customer service via the contact form and select "Gift Cards" as the subject.

What happens if I send back my ordered articles?

You can, of course, send back items that you don't like. If your order was paid for by a gift card, the amount of the return will be transferred back to your card as soon as your return has been booked.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to use the gift card as a regular payment method for orders. However, you can easily redeem the value of your gift card. Please simply follow the link below.

I have several gift cards. Can I cash out their value together?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to process and redeem all gift cards in one request. Therefore, we kindly ask you to submit a separate request for each gift card.
