What can I do if I subscribed to the newsletter, but did not receive the voucher code that I was promised for subscribing?

As soon as you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link. Your newsletter subscription is only successfully completed after you have clicked on this link.

You will then receive a message confirming your newsletter subscription, together with your personal discount code. It may take up to 48 hours for this confirmation to be sent. 

If you have not received a confirmation email after 48 hours, please check your junk mail or spam folder.

To be absolutely sure that you receive all our emails, you can also add our newsletter email address ([email protected]) to your address book.
