What should I do if my card was saved in the customer account but I no longer have the secret code?

Please check your emails first, you may find older documentation with the secret code. If you can no longer find the code, please contact our customer service using the contact form. Please use "Gift cards" as the reason for contact.

It is important that you provide your customer ID so that we can quickly identify your code. You can find your customer number in your profile under the section "Profile and Security."
