Can I alter my data by myself?

If you are logged into your customer account, you can edit your personal data (name, date of birth, e-mail address and telephone number) in your profile under "Profile & Security".

You can change your address data with your next order - simply enter the desired delivery or billing address during the order process.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change an address after an order has been placed. But do not worry! If you accidentally order to the wrong address, the package will be automatically returned to us and your payment will be refunded. You can then order again.

If you change your personal data, you will always receive a confirmation email immediately afterwards.
