You can request the refund of your gift card value quickly and easily here.
The fastest and easiest way to request your refund is through our payout page. To access it, simply log in to your existing account or register with us. Afterward, you can proceed to the following link to reach a separate page where you can request your refund. Please enter either your 10-digit gift card code or the serial number of your gift card in the corresponding field. Additionally, we will need your name, billing address, email address, and bank details. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before confirming. Once you have submitted the request, we will review your request. If all the information is correct, we will transfer the remaining gift card value to the provided bank account. Please understand that processing may take up to 14 days. If there are any issues with your request, we will contact you. Therefore, please ensure that the email address you have provided is correct.
