How do I redeem my gift card?

General gift card conditions of ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG, Domstraße 10, 20095 Hamburg: Multi-purpose gift card. Gift cards can be redeemed at or in the ABOUT YOU app. Gift cards are valid for 5 years from purchase and are not bound to a minimum order value. The gift card is activated immediately after purchase. To redeem the gift card, you must register/log in at A maximum of one gift card can be redeemed per order. How it works:

You can simply add your gift card as a payment method within the order process. Simply click on "add card" in the section "Payment methods" and enter your 10-digit gift card code in the corresponding box. The value of your gift card will subsequently be used to reduce the total amount of your order.

If your order amount exceeds the amount on your gift card, please choose another payment method for the remaining amount. If your gift card amount exceeds the amount of your order, a balance remains on the card. This can easily be redeemed for the next order by re-selecting the card as the payment method. For this purpose, your gift card will be saved in your customer account. Please notice that your gift card with the remaining balance, will be saved in your customer account only if you are logged in during the purchase. In case you are not logged in, your card is not saved and you have to add it again in order to use the remaining balance.
